*The checkered pattern is a sage green, a color that proved very difficult to capture accurately in a photograph.
This stunning cushion cover was created from one of my father's projects from architecture school in 1949. Unique and original, it's a must-have for architecture enthusiasts! And what could be more satisfying after a hard day's work, or simply for relaxation, than a rest comfortably settled on a soft, comfortable cushion? Printed on both sides. Designed and crafted in our boutique workshop and printed in Quebec. Shown paired with the Volutes 18" x 18" and 13" x 21" cushions.

"Please note that the filling shapes may appear slightly misshapen upon unpacking. A little hand-shaping and a few days of regular use will help them regain their normal, fluffy shape."
Original 22" "Scrolls" cushion cover
The fabric has already been treated to fix the colors. To preserve its vibrancy for as long as possible, turn it inside out, wash it in cold water, and air dry it on a warm setting, or if possible, simply avoid the dryer.
To put the cover on, it's best to hold the filling on one side and slide it into the cover; in other words, don't lay the filling flat. Don't try to push the entire side in at once; slide it in a little on each side at a time, holding the end of the zipper corresponding to the side you're working on to avoid straining the seams.
Don't try to position the filling during this process; do it once the cover is completely in place. You can then slip your hand inside to shape it. Keep in mind that due to shipping, it may take several days for the cover to regain its shape. You can speed up the process by gently patting the cushion vigorously from time to time.
