This stunning cushion cover was created from a sketch my father made at the Montreal School of Fine Arts in the early 1940s. This original drawing of a magnificent Venus, imbued with antique charm, will add a touch of elegance to your décor. And what could be more relaxing than resting comfortably on a soft, plush cushion? Printed on both sides. Designed and crafted in our boutique workshop and printed in Quebec.

"Veuillez prendre note que les formes de garnissage peuvent sembler légèrement déformés au moment du déballage. Un petit ajustement à la main et quelques jours d'utilisation régulière les aideront à retrouver leur forme normale et moelleuse."
Original 18" cushion cover "Venus"
The fabric has already been treated to fix the colors. To preserve its vibrancy for as long as possible, turn it inside out, wash it in cold water, and air dry it on a warm setting, or if possible, simply avoid the dryer.
To put the cover on, it's best to hold the filling on one side and slide it into the cover; in other words, don't lay the filling flat. Don't try to push the entire side in at once; slide it in a little on each side at a time, holding the end of the zipper corresponding to the side you're working on to avoid straining the seams.
Don't try to position the filling during this process; do it once the cover is completely in place. You can then slip your hand inside to shape it. Keep in mind that due to shipping, it may take several days for the cover to regain its shape. You can speed up the process by gently patting the cushion vigorously from time to time.
